You have to pay STYX CONSULTANCY LIMITED for the products at the time of placing your order using the web site. We accept any payments made by Visa, MasterCard, Bank transfer and PayPal accounts. If you need your order to be delivered in Bulgaria, we accept cash on delivery (COD).
Shipping and delivery
Noxlook ships orders to any international location by private or local post services. The shipping includes a tracking number. Noxlook can not be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately. Please be aware that you are responsible for payment of any local custom duties. Lena-Lena aims to process your order within 5 business days of it being placed. Orders are beenig shipped Monday to Friday, during office hours, and we don't operate on public holidays. Lena-Lena is not liable for any errors made by the private or local postal services, but we will do our best to make sure you will recieve your order on time and in perfect condition.
Delivery to USA & Canada
The estimated delivery time for orders within USA is 2-3 business days after shipment with ‘Express Shipping’ provided by TNT or 7 to 20 business days after shipment for ‘Regular Delivery’ by the national postal services (USPS).
Delivery to European Union Countries
The estimated delivery time for orders of Euroepean Union countries is 1-2 business days after shipment with ‘Express Shipping’ provided by TNT or 5 to 12 business days after shipment for ‘Regular Delivery’ by the national postal services.
Delivery to Bulgaria
The estimated delivery time of orders within Bulgaria is 1 to 2 business days after shipment. Your orders are shipped using private postal services Ekont and your signature will be required upon delivery.
Delivery - Rest Of The World
The estimated delivery time of orders for all other countries is 5 to 20 business days after shipment. Your orders are shipped using the local postal services.
If you receive a product that you are unhappy with, you may return the item to Lena-Lena within 15 days of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit or refund for the purchase price of the item.
The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and doesn't include any delivery costs. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you have received a product which is faulty or defective please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will exchange the faulty item (if it’s unworn) once we receive it.
All items must be returned in the original condition - unworn and unwashed.
